Chef Kwame’s mission is not only to serve food, but to create spaces that honor identity, empower communities, and make guests feel connected to a larger cultural story.
Job Focus:
Focus is on, but not limited to the following:
- Must be ALL ABOUT THE TEAM!
- Must Put the Guest 1st!
- Must say yes and thank you often!
- Polish wine glasses and water glasses.
- Remove water spots and fingerprints from glassware and plateware.
- Polish silverware and steak knives.
- Inspect plates, check for chips, cracks or damaged glassware before service.
- Ensure all polished items meet the restaurants fine dining presentation standards.
- Restock stations and keep all areas organized.
- Assist Server assistant & Bar staff during busy service periods.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work quickly.
- Standing for long periods of time.
- Lifting glass racks.
- Be willing to help in all areas of the restaurant.
- Keeps all stations stocked by polishing and distributing China, glassware, and silverware.
- Ensures work area always follows the Southern Nevada health District Health codes.

- Restaurant experience preferred.
